Yes - Valet Parkitect carries comprehensive general liability insurance and garage keepers coverage on every vehicle in our care. Any damage that occurs while the vehicle is in our custody is covered and handled promptly with full transparency.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is always free with at least 72 hours notice.
Yes. Our attendants are trained to handle high-value vehicles including Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, and all major EV brands (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and more). We follow strict protocols for low-clearance and oversized vehicles.
For one-time events we can accommodate bookings with as little as 48 hours notice, though 1-2 weeks is recommended. For large events (500+ guests), we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance. Contact us and we'll always do our best to serve you regardless of timeline.
