Yes — Valet Parkitect carries comprehensive general liability insurance and garage keepers coverage on every vehicle in our care. Any damage that occurs while the vehicle is in our custody is covered and handled promptly with full transparency. We document vehicle condition at intake and return using a signed condition report.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is always free with at least 72 hours notice.

Do you handle luxury, exotic, and electric vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our attendants are specifically trained to handle high-value vehicles including Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, and all major EV brands (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and more). We use key management systems that minimize handling and follow strict protocols for low-clearance and oversized vehicles.

How much notice do I need to book your valet services?

Accepted Answer

For one-time events we can accommodate bookings with as little as 48 hours notice, though 1-2 weeks is recommended. For large events (500+ guests), we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance. For recurring contracts such as hotels or hospitals, we typically require 2-3 weeks to onboard.

Valet Parkitect serves the greater New York metropolitan area including all five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties including The Hamptons and Montauk), and North Jersey (Bergen, Essex, and Hudson Counties).

Are your valet attendants background checked and trained?

All Valet Parkitect attendants undergo thorough background checks, DMV driving record verification, and a structured onboarding program before their first shift. Training covers safe vehicle handling for all vehicle types including EVs and exotics, hospitality etiquette, emergency procedures, and brand standards.
